Bob Scrimshaw: Cartoon Guru featured in the Cartoonists’ Club of Great Britain’s monthly publication ‘The Jester’ where he unreservedly offered his invaluable advice to fellow cartoonists. Bob first appeared in 2011 and was originally just going to feature in one strip (see back cover) but I felt he had more to offer the world - more advice on rejection, developing drawing styles and what hat to wear while pencilling roughs. He was fun to draw too - a dumpy little figure with a strange shaped nose that just scribbled his way
into my sketchbook.
